They have a 99.5% uptime gaurentee, so I don't know how that is supposed to work, but as long as it doesn't happen again. RoseHosting 01-30-2002, 05:15 PM Just a short explanation of the situation. There was a down time on one of our servers, due to a hardware problem during a scheduled upgrade operation. The only thing that was affected was our own web site server. Nothing else. None of the virtual servers were affected. I hope this makes things clearer. /EDIT We didn't have a single second of downtime on our virtual servers in the past 3 months and not more than a minute in the past 6 months. /EDIT Admin RoseHosting.com |
