I've not got much time to develop a site, so I'm looking to sell the following domain:

Currently getting around 50+ uniques per day... although the average over the last 66 days is less (traffic has been growing steadily). Basic stats can be checked via the Extreme tracker icon at the bottom of the entry page, or directly via the following link:

Note that the tracking is only on the main entry page, some users will probably be going directly to the forums.

It has an active messageboard up which currently has 85 members and 650+ posts. The forum database will be included in the sale. (the messageboard has been up for about four weeks)

The site is search engine listed, and currently getting referrers mainly from MSN UK.

The domain is registered until the 22nd of July 2006

All reasonable offers over $60 will be considered. (PayPal is the preferred payment method)

The domain is at Enom so a free push will allow the buyer full control over the domain and dns.... however, if required, a full .co.uk ownership transfer can be arranged (Nominet charge around 35 GBP for this)
