Hi,
Donhost removed one of my users accounts for having 'baby porn'
Really the site was a site for the users new born son, with pictures of his new born baby - naked.

Really the site was a site for the users new born son, with pictures of his new born baby - naked. At this point I would strongly suggest you send a letter stating for the record what those pictures were, who they were of and make sure you get a clear indication of whether or not the police were contacted. I'd also request a refund as the client did nothing wrong (Disclaimer: assuming of course that your own info is correct)
If they have passed it on, then you are either going to get one seriously stupid investigation or just a "watch out" type note on your record.
As for the hair trigger response... I'm not surprised in the least.
Nothing changes *sigh*
Try www.******.com... we offer a good reseller package and we won't cancel your account without compromising or talking to you first. :-)
