We have a strong reputation for having a solid network and truly knowledgable 24/7 support for colo and dedicated server clients. We're small enough where you *will* reach one of our network admins, in the event of an emergency...not some tech who's being paid to babysit.

I see you're located in Grand Rapids - we're right next to you in Muskegon :)

We're looking at offices in the downtown area but since they haven't begun development yet it's looking near impossible for us to setup shop. We don't own a datacenter yet - these would be customer support offices as we target local businesses. Where in Grand Rapids are you located? I'm surprised I've never seen you guys - I'm in GR often myself.

We're on Monroe Avenue...about a block from where that "terrorist threat" shut down the surrounding blocks the other day. You may have saw the report on WoodTV 8. Crazy guy left a camera with a threatening letter there.

Are you sure there is a market in Muskegon?
