Hi folks.

Not long ago we have updated our Tomcat to 4.0. But with next WHM/CPanel nighty update it was changed to 3.2.3 again. I have contacted BurstNET and they told me that it doesn't support it yet.
We are really need 4.x ver. Any ideas?

It is true that BurstNET/Cpanel/WHM do not support Tomcat 4, but it is not impossible.

Cpanel shouldn't rewrite your existing Tomcat install. The only thing that Cpanel may edit is server.xml.. which can be solved by installing Tomcat to a different directory then Cpanel expects it to be in.

However, it is possible that your startup scripts are running the old Tomcat still.. check your system startup scripts.
