Hi ALL!
AS stated in the subject I am looking for a partner. The person I am looking for needs to meet the followng:
1. Be willing on putting in the time
2. Have some design knowledge
3. Have some programming knowledge
4. Know stuff about linux/windows
5. Knowledgeable on some of the popular control panels
6. Good with people
7. Be willing on paying half of the fees (around $100/month but could be less)
8. Want to help develop a business plan
Now I'll list more information on what we do. We will be selling shared and dedicated hosting, resell hosting, and outsource design work to a design firm (unless you are good with design work), good chance that in the next year we will expand to also selling pc and accesories. I think that about covers it.
I am thinking as of right now the profit will split as following: 35% goes to you, 35% goes to myself, and 30% gets rolled back into the company for improvements. Now this is profits, all the money left after the monthly fees are paid.
