I have installed PHP on windows and followed the instruction on the php.net web site but can't do the following:
On PWS and IIS, you can set the browscap.ini to point to: 'c:\windows\system\inetsrv\browscap.ini' on Windows 9x/Me and 'c:\winnt\system32\inetsrv\browscap.ini' on NT/2000/XP Server.
how do I set it?
