Does anyone know of any Cold Fusion hosts that have the CFFILE tag enabled (no dedicated hosts)?

other options i am looking for:
CFDIRECTORY
CFMAIL
SQL Server
CF 5.0

CFFILE seems to be the feature that is hardest to find...

it is hard to find places with CFFILE due to its possible implications....however, at cfm-resources.com it used to be offered, and I think they were developing some way for it to be offered safely, but I am not sure.......
