The support is pretty good however the downtime was stinky. joshuayip 11-02-2004, 05:36 AM It is quite possible that Mkoh's customer has not come here before, hence they dont have any reviews here =) Joshua PogiWeb 11-02-2004, 09:01 AM Heres some reviews.... mkoh.com is actually very good with their servers. I believe mkoh.com is managed by the owner himself/herself. I've been a customer with them for the last 2 months or so. Didn't really use it for anything serious yet but I have to say their servers are pretty good considering my server monitoring device. But I was not able to get any support, they don't reply to support emails. Pretty sad for me, but since their server is good, I'm still with them. But that X-Reseller thing, which seemed interesting is not working since they didn't reply to any of my emails. Good Luck. They could get a 100% from me if they just did a little reply to my mails. Their servers seems to be doing good. Regards, HostsWebs. PogiWeb 11-02-2004, 09:07 AM Heres some reviews.... mkoh.com is actually very good with their servers. I signed up this evening around 5:00PM CST and got the registration emails, blah, blah, was able to get into WHM, created a few accounts, and then tried to access CPanel, and it's a no go. Now I can't get into the WHM either, looks like they had a server go down. I was hoping it'd be up by now (2 1/2) hours but nothing yet. I'm not really in a huge hurry, my domains still have to resolve anyway, but it would be nice to have some sort of communication on the main site or an email to give us a heads up. Sounds like communication is not a strong suit with these guys so if that's a concern of yours, I'd give it some time and see how this plays out before making a hosting decision. By: Brandonsi Thats some of the comments I found about them. ORiN 11-02-2004, 09:32 AM Hmm... They don't look all that reliable by not replying emails. :D hardstone 11-02-2004, 04:04 PM i sign up with mkoh yesterday... my account activate just in 5 minits... ORin .... email response is about 5-10 mints...:agree: PogiWeb 11-02-2004, 04:08 PM Hardstone your account was activated in 5minutes because of WHMautopilot. Its a script that will create your account instantly. hardstone 11-02-2004, 04:18 PM The main concern is uptime/support...your job is done in such minutes.... No matter who is behind, Software or a Person... PogiWeb 11-02-2004, 09:03 PM I wish I saved my uptime report when I was using them. However the total amount of downtime I had was at least 3-5 hours in about 3weeks. NeoGen 11-02-2004, 09:36 PM http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph/?host=mkoh.com |
