There is no pkg as far as I know. And it wouldn't make sense anyway.
Just go to the official PHPMyAdmin website (http://phpwizard.net/projects/phpMyAdmin/) and download it.
Then upload the files to your server and edit the config-file to match your MySQL login.

I've found two phpMyAdmin packages but never tried them.
You can find them here:

http://www.cobaltworld.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewsdownload&sid=1

http://www.chezgorun.com/packages/

You can also find an allready configured version inside SHAdm where users see only there own database. The url is:

http://shadm.hostmentor.com/

sure but the pkg thing is the same as the neomail pkg = www.domain.com/phpmyadmin for every new domain upon installation.

Very nice links! Thanks...

But to use the Shadm version, wouldn't he need to configure and use shadm along with the phpmyadmin?

As I am the devloper of shadm, yes and no. You need to create database users the way shadm does it. I follow a certain name scheme to make it possible in an easy way.

Yeah, I know...my team and I were testing shadm....but I dont have a raq anymore. Could you pm the link to the forum again, please? Am sure I need some catching up, since I cant even get there any more through aspcode.net.

**Though am still curious about how one can use the pre-compiled Phpmyadmin on shadm, as a standalone...without installing and using shadm :) I guess i'll move this over to the shadm forum
