Hi i am looking for views that define "Best Web Hosting Company". Is this the price ? features ? great support ? or everything ? or something else.

I'd say that the "Best" hosting company is a combination of all of those things, weighted to how significant each feature is to you personally.

Support and reliability are probably highest on most peoples lists, but it has to be weighed up against your personal budget and the features you specifically need in a host. The best 'money-is-no-object' host is probably very different to the best 'value for money' host, which is very different from the best NT host, which is different from the best java-oriented host, which is different from the best host for Bob's hosting company to resell from (and then the other guy down the street has a business model that suits reselling form a different company again). :)

That was a rambley post, but hopefully you can see my point in there somewhere haha :D
