Request for a web template.

I got $100 to buy a great hosting web template design. Site would be for "tqmhosting.com" (TQM stands for Total Quality Management). Anyways, I really like those $200.00 sites, but I only got $100. Logo needs to be included.

I have discovered this it is definately worth contracting out web design rather that doing it myself (and Im not bad http://lasvegas2020.org/).
