I have narrowed down to 3 freehost scripts that gives users ftp access that seem to be the best but can't decide. I don't know which one is the most secure though. Need you guys to help me decide.

Well there are (at hostscripts.com) but I'm not sure they provide the level of needed scripting required to run a large free web host.
