It looks like some guy (judging from his profile) that has like a archive of forum's etc. and cut and pasted the "company update" or whatever you care to refer to it as on all the boards to me ;)

Well, wouldn't you be proud as hell as well when your company was ranked 15th in a contest with over 10000 other companies? :)

I would agree its a great award to get no doubt.

But being in the directory building myself, many directories are biased based on how much you spend with them.

After reviewing Tophosts several times, the majority of companies ranked in the top 15-25, also happen to advertise on the site.

WHile there are many good companies not listed on there, who do not advertise.

It is a great award no doubt.

But a lot of people/potential customers might actually believe it and fall for it. Sad.
