Longest response time there is under 15 minutes. Shortest is under a minute. I can't help but praise them, wheather it is new support staff or just improvements.

I havern't had problems with support before, but I'm trying to get it clear that Tomsyer is a fantastic company! No problems what-so-ever. (Apart from this one, but it got solved so very quickly).

I'd like to thank Tanya for the extremely prompt support :)

I joined them in Jan when they were still at Managed.com and moved to the planet in July. The only issues I've had were issues related to Managed rather than Tomsyer.

Just had a ticket raised today to migrate my ClientExec from one domain to another. Despite being raised via email (and therfore at standard priority), this was resolved within 2 hours. CE questions do seem to take a bit longer to get a resolution than server technical issues.

I botched a kernel reconfig at the weekend and got the box rebooted with only a 15 min outage at 10 o'clock (UK time) on a Saturday morning.

For a cheap service, I consider them to be good value for money.

If you can manage your own box and only need the occasional bit of support, then go with them, if you want your box fully managed or someone to hold your hand with the basics, then you really need to look at full time sysadmin (or outsourced sysadmin service).

Havern't had a single problem. Support for me is fantastic and I don't see why so many people complain about it.

in my case, support is quite good, but not too fast. But with their price, it's really good to consider...
