Hi All,

I have a friend starting out in the web desing arena and she needs some help ... she's looking for an example/template contract that the designers out there sign with their clients ...

She needs things like responsibilities, manteinance periods ... and any other relevant information ...

If anybody would be willing to part with a template or point me in the right direction ...

Unfortunately I can't help her as I have never done any profesional site design so any help would be appreciated ...

Txs

I'd be happy to share my contracts, TOS and boilerplate proposal information privately, if I can an email address to send links to the documents. I regularly share my contracts and TOS, but the boilerplate stuff which covers other important issues you've listed I like to share more selectively. PM me if you'd like :)

Selectively? Just how selectively? Is there screening process??

It contains information about design philosophy, design process, etc. that could easily steer a thread off topic, and I just don't feel like putting my boilerplate materials under the WHT microscope, that's all. It's not that different from what I have on my site, really. But if I posted it, most people would probably treat it as fair game for a long thread. I'll save that discussion for the next time I put my site up on the "site reviews" stage ;)
