I have a dedicated server and is a good provider. The speed of network is very good.

The only problem is that the tech support is not real time, you musk send email :( but they response quickly....

Non-emergency issues are handled via email and the ticket system - tech support response time is usually within the same day, you usually get a faster response during the day , i'm one of the guys who's handling tech supp. on days and our network admin. handles your support inquiries late nights.

Dedicated customers are provided with an emergency 24/7 number to call and dedicated clients machines are monitored 24/7/365 on dual noc's. If you have not received this info. please email me and will provide you with one.
