Due to several conflicts in running my company and my family life I am thinking of putting my web hosting company up for sale.
Never done that thus I welcome advise on how to go about it.
Thank You

It appears from your site that your hosting company is a division of another corporation. With that in mind you might want to either just sell clients for the easy way out or consult a lawyer to make sure you sell off a division of the corporation correctly and legally. Best to dot all your i's and cross all your t's in cases like this. IMHO

There could be several different ways of solving those issues. If you can be a little more detailed about your situation (business-wise) we might be able to give you more thorough advice.

Your best bet might be to consult a lawyer.
You can sell off a division of a company but best to get a lawyer to limit liability back to the main company.

The easiest is to just sell the customers. Many established hosts myself included are always looking for customers.
I know that I myself would not want to buy a corp or part of it and don't need any physical assets such as desks, servers, etc. and any unknown liability so sell the item that has value, the customers and close the corp or division down. Only MHO your mileage may vary, see your lawyer for legal advice.

I'd say sell customer base only. Perhaps you can post a thread in the offers about the sale, how many clients, etc? I'm sure you'd get tons of offers.
