I have order one Dedicated Server in one DataCenter in USA. When Server order is not complete, I ask DC to Cancel Server because I like order in difference DC.

I open ticket to DC and request about Cancel Server. Two week later, I open ticket again to DC, and DC reply to me : "Your account has been cancelled and your card has been refunded"

I have question : When DC talk " Your account has been cancelled and your card has been refunded" . How along time my money refund from DC to my Card ?

Today, now is four week as from I request cancel Server to DC, and DC had reply to me. But I check and don't see money refund to my Card.

In most case, Can the customer receive money from DC in USA return to customer around day ? I'm living in Singapore.

Yes, I would think that you should see the money back on your card within 2-3 business days after refund. Seems to work that way around here. You'll probably need to call them up. Maybe they forgot.

It's possible that an error was made with the accounting department, which I have seen before, where they credit your internal account, instead of refunding to your CC directly. As suggested though, contact them directly to discuss, but yes it should only take max 5 business days to clear a refund.
