We should think about the options we have and how we can actually pressure PS and act coordinated.

I would suggest that we force PS into bankruptcy. The disadvantage may be that we cannot dream anymore to get 100% of what they owe us but it is still realistic to get a large percentage.

The biggest advantage would be that Fayer will be removed and we get a bankruptcy administrator who will try to get as much as possible for us and distribute funds fairly. They will sell all their belongings and turn off the lights.

Secondly, we should get a criminal charge against Fayer rolling. I would suggest that we prepare a draft of the charge (I see it as theft, embezzlement and most of all bankruptcy fraud) and post it here and on the anti-PS sites. If they will be convicted for a criminal offense, the PS principals will also be liable with their private assets :-)))

Everyone could download the draft add his specific experience of deceiption with PS and submit it at www recol ca and at the police website in Montreal. We should also send it to the PS auditor to have him reject PS accounting and take further action.

From the information I got from a number of PS merchant clients, there is clearly a pattern of deceiption by PS, obviously with the intention to delay as much as possible and pay out the funds to themselves and divert Visa/MC fines they were charged because of their violation of regulations. They gave everyone false misleading responses.

If everyone files a charge on his own it would be more efficient and practicable than having one of us being reponsible to push the case and organise signature lists etc.

Once we have a case number for the criminal investigation we can continue to petition the government in Canada, send information to the media, bash Fayer at Toyota for his racing activities, ask Visa/MC to punish the PS principals but not us.
