Is there a program or anything that can switch a hosted website from one server to another right away if one server goes down?

also some control panels have a transfer feature at the admin level.

I personally dont know of any program that can do that. If their is I would like to know myself. I'm guessing however that would be impossible because that client who is uploading files would have to do it to both servers.

It would complex and cost you a good bit of cash.
