Quite right...but I didn't tell you.

In some cases, the reseller may provide better service than the host. However, I don't see anyway a reseller can overcome problems of the magnitude you will find if you search this host's name on this site.

Especially since people has reported trouble with their dedicated ***** boxes as well ( connectivity problems ). Then it doesn't even help if they are reselling on their own boxes.
