I was spammed by a webhosting company. I'm not sure if they are a reseller or not . I looked up to their DNS and found they use
LIVEDNS.CO.UK as DNS so

how can I understand they are a reseller (I guess so) or not.

and if they are a reseller how can I find who's reseller they are.

also where can I make a complaint about them?

I guess they are fasthosts' reseller, because they use LIVEDNS.CO.UK, WHICH is belongs to fasthosts.co.uk.
