The Chinese had a belief that the moon was a big cookie. The waning phases were caused by a pig taking bites out of the cookie. I don't know how they accounted for the waxing phases, though.

Heh, well for us ol' folks it was quite a few years ago. Lemme see.. about 23 years ago for me. I don't remember what I did yesterday, let alone 23 years ago.

When I was a boy, we didn't even have third grade. Nobody could count that high.

3rd grade was a good year for me.....

I had a nice teacher (Mrs. Keans) and she was a sweetheart!!

I brought in my games and played them during recess :):) (I loved school lunch ALL THRU MY SCHOOL YEARS @ MAINSTREAM SCHOOL)

Lets see,i remember several of my teachers names!!

Kindergarden > Mrs. Delepora
1st Grade > Mrs Ravanpert
3rd Grade > Mrs. Keans
4th Grade > Mrs Alfazo
5th Grade > Mr. Banato (Dont me$$ with him..AH MAN!!)

I dont remember any after that :D


Most kids hated SCHOOL FOOD,I loved it!!!!! (Ahhhhhh i used to love when they had HAMBURGERS (Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh they were so g00d!!) and the french bread pizza WAS AWESOME!!! (I got DOUBLES quite often)

Sadly 2 years after i finished school the food changed AND GOT MUCH WORSE!! (Im glad im not in school anymore) I did visit my middle school that next year and had 1 more PIZZA LUNCH (mmmmm (YES..I GOT "DOUBLES")
