I have ordered my dedicated server from focalhosting.com and I am looking for 1 person [exactly 1 only] to share half the server with me.

The server config is:

PIII,800 MHz, 256MB RAM, 40GB IDE with quality hardware that can expand to 4GB of RAM and 4 harddisks

I have chosen FreeBSD 4.4, djbdns, qmail, vpopmail, qmailadmin, courier-imap, Apache 1.3,ProFTPd, webmin, PHP4, PERL 5.6, mySQL and PHPmyadmin as the environment

The server comes with a prepaid bandwidth of 35GB of actual transfer [equivalent to 100Gb or so of 95%]

I am paying 60$ set-up and 130$/month on a 12 month contract

I can offer half of all my resources at 30$ set up and 65$/mo to a person of my choice [read someone I can be comfortable with]

As I have chosen djbdns over BIND [since it is easy and secure] no control panel will be available [but qmailadmin is a control panel for email for users and domain managers and server managers]

I prefer a reseller like me graduating to a server - essentially you get about 15GB of space and 17.5 GB of transfer for 65$/mo. Additional b/w is at 2$/mo

My current needs are 500 MB of space and 500MB of transfer on 21 accounts! :D . I am pretty choosy about my clientele as I am in no hurry to build up my business
