I have several clients that dont seem to want to change their billing cycle from paysystems to my 2checkout account.

I have sent emails out, but now that paysystems doesnt do the billing anymore, I have several people that seem unresponsive to make the change, I have sent emails out and several have notified me they would.. but never have.

Whats the best method to handle this

I would give them a deadline. E-mail them again and say if they don't update their billing information you will be forced to suspend their account until they do. Give them plenty of time to respond, of course.

Give them X amount of days to update or the site(s) will be suspended, this is the ONLY way trust me.. I had to move quite a few clients from 2checkout to authorize.net and it is the ONLY way you are ever going to get it done.

I fought for 4 months trying to get everyone to move and gave a final 2 week notice and about 80% of them had it done within a week and a few got suspended and were all updated within a week.

I learned that you do have to be nice to clients and work with them in any way you can but sometimes being too lax will end up being the death of you.

This sounds reasonable and professional. Offer them a clear deadline. Then for deadbeat guys, send them a reminder with another deadline to suspend account if they don't update .. friendly one of course.

If you have phone numbers - call them. Or send a snail mail letter if you have the address (you do have the address, right?).
