Who physically administers your systems in case there is an issue that needs to be addressed by somone onsite?

The hardware of the servers is supplied by the corresponding datacenter. This can change for each of the servers i advertised in this thread, but as i already mention we can mostly supply these servers from Ezzi.NET and Burst.NET.

Servers are remotely administrated by us, and locally by the dc techs in case of an hardware failure. This will not differ in any point with if we are located in or out of US, yet most of the server suppliers are not in directly physical touch with the datacenter.

Hope i can clear that out.
