This is so general that you are better off just reading a page or two of threads. People have posted suggestions before.

www.gearhost.com seems to be flavour of the month.

Also www.affordablehost.com and www.3-95.com seem to know what they are doing.

Also reading the threads on this main forum (for heavens sake, NOT any of the other forums) might give you some more information about which hosts get good reviews and which get bad reviews. One bad review doesn't mean much, but several usually mean a pattern
