Auro Infotech (AI), India will be happy to support the Windows 2000/2003 Servers with Plesk/HELM on a regular basis (24 by 7 or during the day ie. as per your requirements). We have been administering Windows based servers for several years now and will be happy to take care of your servers. We are a seven member team, based out of India, with just one person in the US, coordinating the activities with some clients in the Western hemisphere. (I am not sure if you are looking for much larger company, but we are sufficiently staffed to handle atleast a dozen servers).

We have proficiency with both Windows as well as SQL Server administration and also Plesk/Ensim control panels. (We do not have any real experience with Helm, but have played around with it quite a few times.)

Some of the initial activities that we perform on the servers are:
1. Hardening of the servers (This includes checking the open ports, firewall etc)
2. Defining standard set of policies and procedures for deployment of code and database on the servers to the development team. (This is very important, as it will help the developers be disciplined in their code and database promotions).
3. Reviewing the applications currently on the server for vulnerability to security issues (like cross frame scripting, sql injection etc.)

Some of the routine server management aspects include:
1. Staying on top of the latest patches that are released.
2. Taking weekly backups on backup drives and monthly backups on CDs.
3. Monitoring the servers on a daily basis.
4. Installing 3rd party software (as long as we understand what the software does.).
5. Deploying custom built software, from your development team.
6. Verifying the DTS packages and their status'.
7. Sending weekly reports about server uptime, etc.
8. Code review of .NET applications (if requested)

Some of the related tasks that have been done in the past are:
1. Migrating from SQL Server 7 to SQL Server 2000.
2. Migrating from Win2K to Win2003.
3. Disaster Recovery test for Win2K/SQL 2K servers.
4. Clustering of SQL Servers to provide failsafe mechanism for applications.
5. Moving of 100+ domains from an old Ensim version on W2K server to a new Ensim version on W2003 Server.

Our Plesk experience is limited to a handful of servers, used to host sites for a particular client only. These servers are located at datacenters in the US and hence we have good experience in remotely administering the servers.

All the Servers are Powered with PLESK 7.02, so I beleive it would be Difficult to manage for you.

PLESK is very Delicate, any misconfiguration it would just hung up......any Settings in the Inside Windows 2003 (IIS, ....) w/o Involving in Plesk will again end up PLESK DEAD.....We have already seen this and we were already left w/o Proper Guidance by several other Admins....I dont want to spoil their Image by posting in WHT.

Now Lets see anyone Serious in PLESK.....I dont want your time to get Wasted neither mine....It's been almost 12hrs over.....

So, Post here then Contact us.......I Really dont want any Calls from NON-WHT Members. I cannot take Risk this time.....
