Your website states that you get unlimited transfer on a 64kbps channel.... I'm wondering if thats burstable, because if not, isn't that kinda useless for the average website, having 8kb/s of bandwidth to work with, even while only one user may be loading the page, it would be dead slow. Is this 64kbps burstable as long as your monthly average is 64kbps or lower, or 64kbps capped?

It's not meant to be mean, people are just checking out your offer, and with the way you worded it, typically 64kbps is capped. Anyhow, the "mean" people also keep scammers off the board in general because we expose them pretty fast, just look at that guy who was trying to sell dedicated servers off his cable modem, can you imagine having bought into that and not have known till you paid? :)
