i can't log in to Helm even when i reset the admin password via Remote Desktop.

I'm using Helm 3.1 build 1.7 and Win2003. Please help. i have customers asking what's wrong. i can't login as admin, reseller or user. btw, how do you backup Helm database? Should i update it to latest stable build?

Did you check if the license for HELM is a valid one...!
Sometimes you need to ask your DC to fix the license when HELM is giving such error !
