I am starting a hosting company. I will be ordering a server within a few days. I know the basics of server administration, and I have some books to help me out, however I would like someone to help me out when I have problem, I do not want you to fix it, I want you to explain/show me how to fix it. I will need to be able to contact you easily, when needed. I am willing to pay you. I am looking for someone who knows a very good bit about servers, control panels, scripts, etc.
