Support Technician

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring clients receive the very best support available.
- Assisting clients with technical difficulties.
- Displaying the most professional and helpful attitude possible.
- Resolving technical difficulties as soon as possible.

Requirements:
- Experience with Cpanel and WHM.
- Professional attitude towards clients.
- Experience within general web hosting.
- Dedication to research answer to questions if need be.

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Enticing potential clients to join us.
- Assisting potential clients with pre-sales questions.
- Displaying the most professional and helpful attitude possible.
- Always going the extra mile for clients entirely dependant on the situation.

Requirements:
- Experience with Cpanel and WHM.
- Professional attitude towards clients.
- Experience within general web hosting.
- Dedication to research answer to questions if need be.
- Sales experience and ability to attract new clients to the company.
