My mom got home from school, and wer were talking. It appears that someone from her work, said there were "Alien Hamsters" at a pet store. Well we managed to get over there Friday evening. They were hairless, and they were purple. Now I feel extremely bad for them because nobody would buy them. However, my mom became attached to a rat, and well we bought it. Her name is Matilda. I wish I could turn her off, cause all she does is keep on running. Our older rat, Libby - doesn't care for it, but they do get along. They have only been together for about a day though. Here are some pics.

You should have gotten a picture of the purple, hairless hamsters. That would be an interesting site.

I just feel soo sad for those things. The lady at the pet store said that they will never sell. I wanted to get one, but like I said I wanted to look and we left with a rat. Either way, I don't think that it's nice to make a site for that type of thing. They are just hamster you know. Either way I still want them two little thing's. They are so cute.

I'm a big fan of the little rat guys, but the wife won't let me get another one since poor Kermit passed on. We're sort of stuck with this hamster named Cujo (which although cute, is a vicious 2 inches of fur).

Since when has it been common to adopt catfood as pets?

I didnt mean a website I meant sight.. (Wrong spelling sorry!!) I would have just liked to see them, I am a fan of exotic pets, in fact I had a Komoda dragon at one point but local authorities made me get rid of it due to licensing and zoning issues. Plus she was getting rather large and expensive to feed. She is now in a zoo somewhere in Florida (well at least she was last time I checked about 9 months ago)

As for cat food, my cat has some personal issues (moron!!) He would probably just play with the rat not knowing that it was part of his food chain.. This cat is so stupid he jumps in the oven while it is on, takes baths with my kids (loves the water) and many other strange things cats normally hate.

Not sure. I started in 98, but I'm not sure on the rest of the world. Besides my cat's could give a crap for these rat's. For the most part they don't even exist.
