Iīve bought a cPanel Red Hat server unamanaged and I was having problems for setup cPanel nameservers and increase security.
I found here at WHT same tutorial from him (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=327461,
http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=327463, etc) so I contacted him to setup my server.
In same day +- 2h after my server was OK. He installed everything I needed and in the way I wanted.
I paid just $20 to have my server great. I rate him 5/5
I believe you donīt need spent a lot of money with the supporter from the data center (about $70)
