Yes of course it affects 2checkout. 2checkout does business in the US, thus it would have some US bank subsidiary / partner, lets hope Kerry wins, the patriot act needs to be reformed, better for business, harder for terrorist.

Kerry should win also to have a bit less of people killed all around the world thanks to that second Hitler.
