Hi all, i run a webhosting Biz, which i am pretty new to, at the moment i resell space, until i can afford a dedicated server, however i have to pass on my reseller companies terms of service to my customers adding any that are specific to me.
My resellers ban the use of chat rooms and other resources that are server intensive, however i notice that this does not appear to be in their terms of service, but is on the front page of all users control panels and is displayed when logging onto your ftp.
I have copied their terms of service to my site but and have just realised that this is missing, however i have just signed up a client who has not paid yet but i think they are using chat scripts. I have sent all of my customers an email telling them that the acceptable use policy is now available on my TOS page.
However is notice on the control panel and when uploading enough to say that this customer has had enough notice that chat room scripts are banned???
