all i can say is i am sorry your customers will have to go though a new website design (champions website) every 2 weeks

Can you disclose how many customers Champion currently hosts? Did they supply you with that?

How much customers did you sell to them?

they host 2,000 customers or you sold them 2,000 customers?

Why would you want to put your customers in the hands of a company that steals?

We really don't have a place for press releases, but this is the closest I could think of.

A lot of hosting companies get designs outsourced by other companies/people. It's possible that (1) their designer is a fake, or (2) the design company they had design their site is a fake.

We should all get their "Platinum package", and run our businesses from it. Just think, only $24.95 a month! Why do we pay hundreds of dollars a month for our servers? I'm so there....

Yeah- we contacted rackshack about it, but they were unwilling to do anything unless we had a court order :(. They even suggested, "perhaps that client used the same stock photo source you did, and created the image on their own." Yep. Including our logo.

We're hoping to get in touch with championhost to resolve the issue, but let's just say communication with them has been less than great (read: no response to emails/phone calls).

"We at Tri Star Hosting, are extremely pleased to sell our company" <replace 'company' with 'our customer base upstream without a paddle'> to Champion Host, knowing that our customers will experience the same lever of superior customer service as they have with us!"

Not to laugh at another's misfortune but....BWHAHAHAHAHA!

They sell their company to a one-man company that doesn't return e-mails or phone calls? What level were they getting before?

"Thank you sir, may I have another? <WHACK.WAV>"
