My switch is up but the guy that fixed it spent 4 hours setting it up and wants $575 just for setting it up. I talk to someone about it and he seems more experienced and he looked at the configure and e-mailed me saying he could have done it in 10 minutes.
I forwarded the e-mail to the guy that wants $575 and it seems that he has changed the password to lock me out of my own switch. Is there a way to reset it? I will pay the guy but that fee seems a bit outrageous and locking me out is not nice.
