you want some script to display pictures (if yes, then i dont understand why you want to pay for each hundred of pics)

or u want someone to gather pictures for you (then payment for some amount of pictures is reasonable)

Do you want a unique drawing icons or you just want someone to do those from actual photos and such, like for cars, celebrities, cartoons?
