Hi guys,

Thinking about setting up the following :


3 Servers ... (A B C)



Server A) Will be Hosting the main site+ Modern Bill + eSupport (ticketing system )

Server B) Will have Direct admin & Installatron

Server C) CPanel & Fantastico De Luxe


Now my Question is ....

A) where exactly this eSupport (http://www.kayako.com/) has to be installed? Does it need to be integraded with " Modern Bill" ? or does it need to be installed as a stand alone software package to run on its own ?

B) is one copy of "eSupport" on server (A) capable of managing both Direct Admin(Server B) & cPanel (ServerC) client's ticketing need?


I am a bit confused about the installation of (eSupport ) ...please guid me ...

A) It will be installed stand along and integrated with Modernbill. Check out the installation instructions on kayako.com

B) Yes. You will simply tell your clients to log their tickets either through Modernbill (because esupport will be integrated), or go directly to the stand alone installation.
