Chris DanielP 01-27-2002, 12:28 AM Well... you can't get a /21 with arin, the smallest allotment that arin assigns is a /20, you have to be already using a /21 to apply to arin in which cause you must renumber that /21 into the /20 that arin gives you within a certain time frame.
