Can somebody help me to understand a letter we got from PaySystems.
We had around 600 USD holdback there.
Now it's just 200+ left.
We got a letter today: "The amount of current fines, penalties assessed to your account is 350 "
We had only one chargeback to a client for a whole period, for a long time ago.
So, why did they charge us more than 350 USD?
