I have a Raq with 4webspace, does anyone know any tutorials that can explain to me how to setup an email for one of my domains e.g. webmaster@mydomain.com

and how to configure it via outlook express ?

Setting up an email is easy though.

1. create a user under your account. Username=emailname so if you create user: thisisme you automatically create thisisme@yourdomain.com

If you do not run your own DNS you can skip the part in italics.

I assume you already have the DNS and MX records set for this domain? If so then all should be ok.

If you are unsure, go and check. From your raq main controlpanel click on ControlPanel
Next click on DNS server

Look for these 2 lines:

yourdomain.com mail is sent to the High priority mail server mail.yourdomain.com
mail.yourdomain.com <your IP address>

If they are not there, add them. The first one is an MX record, the second one is an A record.

Now to configure outlook:

1. Click on tools -->accounts
2. Click on Add --->mail
3. Display name: anything you want
4. email address: thisisme@yourdomain.com
5. Pop3: mail.yourdomain.com, SMTP: mail.yourdomain.com
6. Username: thisisyou, pw: *******
7. Finish
