I need a web designer that is willing to handle all of my clients needs as far as creating a web site. It can be from scratch or template, but know that my target client is small business.

Thanks for everyone's interest. This is going to be hard to choose...

I have managed to narrow it down to 5 groups/individuals. For future reference this is how i chose:

1)they cotnacted me via email, showed they were truely interested
2)they explained the exact skills they had
3)they gave me a link to their online portfolio
4)their website was professional, demonstrating their skill and state of mind

I would love to partner up with everyone as i recall when i was doing freelance design, yet i cannot. Although for everyone who doesn't have a website, i would encourage you to get one(web design would be free, hehe, afterall u guys do it). I already offered one designer this:
