We have been using revecom for a few months now. However I have a few problems with them. I am just wondering if anyone is in the same situation as me.

1. We issued a refund mid Nov last year. But the transaction didn't show up until 2 weeks ago!!

2. We have client ordered a service mid Dec last year, his money was withdraw from his CC. Upon on revecom review. The transaction has been voided. However, the money didn't release back to client's account. It has been well over 1 month now. I have emailed them several times, but they keep tell me the following message:
"What you are seeing on your account is an authorizaton, this authorization
will expire shortly and the funds will be released back into your account. ".

This clients isn't happy as well.

3. They seem to decline a very high percentage of transaction for in some countries. I say somewhere around 50%. We have many orders from HK and Taiwan. I believe most of them are valid transactions. People from those two country are quite wealthy. Also if customer is using fraud credit card, why would they bother emailing us and ask why the transaction didn't go through. Most of them end up paying through Wire transfer. It is extremely expensive for them as our bank are not located in those two country.

Anyone has similar experience??

We signed up a week or so ago and have had over 12 declined so far. One that has been our client for more than a year and the card they declined was working fine with IBILL for that time.

Another thing that pisses me off, They charge you $1 everytime they let the sign up go into their super duper account review proccess. Witch took them over 20 hours to do it...... So the client signs up at 1:35pm saturday and I dont get a email back untill 12:29 today..

The last one was today, I could have told them this sign up was fraud without a review, track his ip to god knows where I think it was bangcock, and the card info was in florida...

Im looking for a new 3rd party mechant monday anyone have a suggestion?????

Yeah.. I am kind of piss off. Very high percentage of sales get declined. We had client ordered a service a few months ago with his credit card without any problem. It is recurring every month. A couple of days ago, he decide to order another service. But revecom keep decline his credit card. I wonder how their fraud monitor actually work.
