We have been using revecom for a few months now. However I have a few problems with them. I am just wondering if anyone is in the same situation as me.
1. We issued a refund mid Nov last year. But the transaction didn't show up until 2 weeks ago!!
2. We have client ordered a service mid Dec last year, his money was withdraw from his CC. Upon on revecom review. The transaction has been voided. However, the money didn't release back to client's account. It has been well over 1 month now. I have emailed them several times, but they keep tell me the following message:
"What you are seeing on your account is an authorizaton, this authorization
will expire shortly and the funds will be released back into your account. ".
This clients isn't happy as well.
3. They seem to decline a very high percentage of transaction for in some countries. I say somewhere around 50%. We have many orders from HK and Taiwan. I believe most of them are valid transactions. People from those two country are quite wealthy. Also if customer is using fraud credit card, why would they bother emailing us and ask why the transaction didn't go through. Most of them end up paying through Wire transfer. It is extremely expensive for them as our bank are not located in those two country.
Anyone has similar experience??
