Seeing as there are alot of bad ezzi posts going round I though i would create this to list the good points:

Please only add the good points below.

I like:

Fast setup. Order on Saturday night. Server setup 14 hours later on Sunday.

Great Live support. Im from the UK so I cannot phone the states. So the live support option is great and the staff are friendly.

Uptime is good. Only noticed the odd 5mins occasionally. Livesupport then gave me the reasoning straight away. No lieing.

Ezzi also respond to posts here on the forums and take issues seriously.

Basic server help has been given on a few occasonsions.

Network seems fast and reliable.

And good value for money overall.

Existing ezzi customers list the other good points I missed. :-)

How much time have you been with them to make a such review? (just FYI)

Since mid August 2004.

So just over 2 months now.

Is 2 months enough to make some reviews?

Ok.. how about almost 2 years?

We have been with Ezzi for over a year and a half (close to 2 years) and while they have had some issues here and there, we are completely satisfied with them. There has not been a complete outage at the DC since December of last year and the small outages they have had were isolated to a few racks or were caused by bandwidth providers outside the DC.

So, there you have a 1.5+ year review.

We've been with them for three years. And plan on being there a lot longer.

The network is fast and the support is knowledgeable.

They've had their moments, like any provider. But, it's how they handle those moments that keeps me as a satisfied customer. :)
