I tried to copy account from one server to another, but got this error:

I would recommend manual backup.

If you have root, do /scripts/pkgacct username
else login to user's cpanel account and use the backup feature to back the data up.

But maybe you know, why i have this error? :/ (i dont ave root...:( )
Yeh.. already downloading full backup...

i cannot restore account in new server. When i'm trying to upload tar.gz, it counts untill 33kb(probably reads file name or something) and then congeal: 0b total, 0b speed.
There is any explaination?

Hello e-view,

This error occuring because have a redirect create in cPanel of this domain. Remove the redirect and try copy again.
