That feature will be divided by 3 ppl include me.
And each ppl can only point 1-10 users for that account.
And that 1-10 users can't resell anything from that 3 ppl.

I will get the server at the end of this month.

We will divide the cost fairly (price from RackShack.net divide by 3. include setup fee if there is a setup fee)

So each person will get
6.66 storage (scarry huh)
100 gb bandwith

You need to reduce the storage per person as you have all the system software to subtract from the 20 GB.

How much does the server you specified cost setup/monthly plz?

RackShack charge setup fee 150$ + 8.5 %
then everymonth 99$ + tax 8.5 %

So i think the first time payment will be around 90$/each person
And the next month everybody will pay around 37$
For bandwith 100 gigs + storage 6 gigs

i got about 4 ppl, but i will choose only 2.
so I want to make sure that 2 of them want to sign up for 1 year contract.
So it will make three of us easy.

Are you and the other guys going to use the server for webhosting mainly?

Its a good idea, maybe we should arrange something with the other guys that you are not going to make a deal with, and maybe also new people could be interested in sharing a server?

******, how will you handle the billing? Will those sharing with you pay you or rackshack?

Since the 3 people will be paying the same amount of setup fee and monthly fees, then I think all of them should get the root password. That what I call fair.

An admirable idea for sure, as it has a whole heap of benefits associated with it.

Although on the downside, I can imagine a gaggle of lawyers waiting in the wings should someone not want to play fair anymore.
