Sorry I'm new and have bad english.

I'm ordering system and wanted know if theres a way get a free panel also for free webhosting comes with signup form and I have to actvate them or maybe auto creates the user tho could cause security issues and maybe like ftp and such for user no mssql and such... Is this possible or would this cost money. I don't know if theres a free hosting control panel.

It maybe be safer for me just to add them manualy.
